Quiet, comfy and very clean, with lovely pool
I have visited and stayed in Rotorua ment times over the last several years and this is the best motel I have ever stayed in ( Sport of Kings a close second) friendly host, impeccably clean, quiet rooms, very comfy beds, lots of parking space on site (2 spaces per unit) a very lovely huge thermal heated outdoor pool with well tended garden surroundings, plus 2 lovely indoor hot mineral pools with beautiful handpainted murals of Rotorua scenes on the walls. 1km walk to Eat street and lakefront

Very friendly staff. Excellent unit, very clean and spacious also great parking. Handy to shops and town. The granddaughter loved the pool and the mineral pool for us, Nice.

Great reception and lovely welcome by owners. Thorough talk around how things work and expectations at motel. Lots of space and things for kids to do if we didn’t go anywhere (pool, playground, trampoline). Very warm room. Central location so we found it easy to get to things

Watch out - bed bugs!
Everything was great and we were pretty happy with our stay. They have lovely thermal pools in the motel. Our motel unit was old but we'll equipped and spacious. No problem until couple of days after our return from this short holiday and we started waking up bitten by bed bugs! We never had any similar bug infestation in our house before and there's no doubt it came from this motel as we haven't travelled anywhere else.... We're still dealing with it now. This short weekend trip came at a high cost :(
