The staff was very polite and friendly. But they had some water issue and gave me a room that had not flushed the water thru. Bottom line my shower water was brown for the first 30 minutes of my stay.

Room was not in good shape. Walls need paint,visible signs of a prior water leak on a wall. Standing in shower was very noisy. Sounded like the tub was loose on the floor. Squeak and pop noises with every movement. Ceiling fan was noisy. One above bed didn’t work. Keurig coffee was terrible. Creamer was basically a wafer. It maybe melted and solidified. I paid For a suite thinking i would get a better room. I was Wrong

My stay was fine but the jets in the jacuzzi was not working. All amenities in the room should be available during the stay.

We stay at your hotel when we are in Katy. There used to be to ladies that worked the front desk in the evening. However, the front desk clerk Codi was to fast-talking and never really made eye contact my husband asked him a question about the credit card machine and he never answered then we had to enter our card manually after he froze it on the machine. very disappointing. We also asked for the king suite and he said that they only had rooms on the first floor yet the customer in front of us was on the second floor. He was very un professional for a customer service position.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff very helpful, breakfast very good. Only issue was street noise from the freeway. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The bathroom size was generous. The room was a comfortable temperature upon arrival. It was a quiet room. They serve a generous breakfast compared to other brands.
