1st room i was given had a broken dishwasher, kept beeping every minute and couldn't be shut off. Staff gave a new room which had no power on any part of the desk area, including the TV an usb outlet. Informed front desk staff of this at checkout.

The room was not clean, the phone didn't work and wasn't replaced, and the night time service wasn't helpful at all.

Hotel is running airport shuttle and the pool is open. Pool was a little cool for us so we did not use it much. Shuttle driver very friendly , front staff were professional and courteous Big rooms with full kitchen.

I stayed one evening one King room. First room, headboard was messed, there were ants in the room. Complained I was moved. Second room, the toilet was dirty and the fridge was dirty.

Nothing was unique about the property. I have stayed at many hotels in my travels but this one by far was the worst. Staff was excellent and courteous. I will not be recommending this to anyone. It was such a disappointment

The stay was great. The only thinknthat didnt set well with me is the headboards. Its like a pleather material and it was peeling. Badly. It was really gross. It freaked me out waking up and seeing all pieces on the bed. They need to replace them. I remembered seeing a review with someone complaining about it but I thought it was an isolated situation. Nope. The way the material is, I'm sure every room has it. They need to fix that.
