Older hotel than meets the eye. Only provided two towels for a two night stay. Hard time getting more towels. Enjoyed the pool wish they had a jacuzzi. Light breakfast.

Not a good experience
This property is old and run down which would be fine if it was clean. Also the noise level from the highway is really loud!! Like it kept waking me up! So as I stand here putting on my clothes for the day listening to someone in a different room snore ( sounds like he/she is here with us I just don’t think this property is worth the money, choose another hotel!!

Service was great!
The associate at the front desk for check-in was friendly and quick. Then later when we asked to use the dining area to eat our "take-out" dinner, he went the extra mile to help us with lighting. He was extremely helpful and between the excellent service, convenient location, and comfortability, we will definitely return!

Checked in our room and noticed there was hair all under the bathroom counter. It was almost as if someone cut there hair in there and the housekeeping did not even sweep the bathroom.

When i went to check in there was already a problem with a family. The receptionist just gave me the room keys and nothing to sign. When i got the room the a/c wasn't working at all i called the front desk and they said that someone was going to check it they took forever to check the a/c and the tech told us that he was going to tell them to change us to another room. My husband went to the lobby and told them about our situation and they gave him another room. As soon as we entered to the new room it smelled horrible we couldn't stay there because my daughter has breathing problems. So i went to the lobby to tell them about it and the owner of the hotel ignored us and he couldn't fix the problem. The manager was there and the maintance guy was there too we told them about the situation and they did helped us they gave us another room and they took off 2 nights on our bill we only paid 1 night and our stay was for 3 nights.

They had to move us down the street
To be fair it was a rough day for this hotel. Texas State Graduations were being changed due to bad weather which made some guests need to stay longer or make changes. The elevator did not work, computers were not working, internet was slow and the under staffing of housekeeping made it imposable for them to have our room ready. They graciously offer the Holiday Inn instead. Our stay at Holiday Inn was very nice.
