We had 2 bedrooms connecting to each other with 2 extra lockable doors which was great. Rooms were clean and the size was acceptable. Free use of laundry and dryer which was another plus. However, toilet was small and the sink was so tiny. Friendly staff. Would recommend it to friends.

I would like to say the staff in Quest were all friendly. I met a gentleman, Marcus, who helped me and my family a lot during our stay. I feel very impressed and overwhelmed.
I would definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Sydney again.
I am writing to advise you of a very unsatisfactory stay in your hotel last week.
We booked in for 2 nights 2nd and 3rd of March. We were assigned room 108 in the basement. The room was fine apart from a smell of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room and then when we went to bed there were distrubing noises of animals of some sort moving around in the ceiling beteeen the floors. This was loud and scary and went on for a few hours. My wife was so upset that we decided to check out a day early and move to another hotel.
We told the girl.on reception of the reasons we left early and she said the room was non refundable but she would note our feed back and advise the management.
Please can you refund us the cost of the room as we feel that we could not stay any longer.

Our stay met our expectations for a 6-night stay here during Sydney WorldPride/Mardi Gras.
First, the location is excellent and was a great launch pad for many of our adventures into the city of Sydney. Very glad we went with this hotel location for this part of our trip.
The room was fine - didn't dazzle or disappoint us. Some of the furniture and finishes seemed a bit tired, but we didn't spend enough time in our room to let it bother us too much.
Service was minimal - sort of like a partially-staffed AirBNB. If you're expecting 5-star service this isn't your hotel. The front desk is only staffed during normal business hours (and no weekends) and we were only offered one cleaning service during our 6-night stay, which we had to request.
