A shocked experience here
We booked a room for 4 people and it make us shocked after we checked in. As the photo shown, that's one of the bed of our "family room" which just like a ghost house. After talking with the staff, they help us to change to another room and add a bed for us. I don't know why they can give us such as terrible room. And the breakfast is bad as well. Another problem is that they suddenly tell us that we need to compensate for the lost of two bottle of water and two towel. That make us really angry as we never drink their water and steal their towel. So we insist not to pay for it. I think their service and environment (the new room) is not bad yet their administration and arrangement are really terrible and messy.

good location, 10min walk from Platinum Fashion mall and to Siam n Ratchathuwi BTS stations. need to know where to turn into the alley that leads to this hotel. Else location is excellent. breakfast spread was good. room is not fantastic, but reasonable for town area and this rate. security within hotel is good, room card is needed to access the lift. Wifi is good too.

1) Poor location. 2) Request for 1 extra access card, need 300 bhat. 3) Charging drinking water without informing price. 4) My sister & I stay for 4D3N. First night we request for mineral water, the receptionist said need to pay money. Then we bought it ourselves from 7-11. Second night we request for mineral water with another receptionist, we has been told that, we can contact the operator when our water are finished & he will send it to us. But then, we didn’t make any calls & request for it. Because we bought it ourselves again. Third day when we back to hotel after room cleaning in the evening. We saw the water has been refilled, then we just drink it without further doubts. Last day when we checked out in the 7:00am morning, the staff said we need to pay 120 bhat for extra drinking water. 5) When I request for receipt, he said no receipt will be given. 6) Conclusion, not satisfied with the hotel services. I won’t recommend it to me friend.
