Even though running on a skeleton staff due to covid they couldnt do enough to make my daughters wedding a great day, rooms comfortable and spacey, but could do with a facelift. Food was brilliant, drinks were hotel prices so a little high. Easy access from motorway network. Would not be against another stay if visiting the area again.

The look of the property was ok but it certainly not a 4* hotel. The room we had was more like a basic motel. Front of house staff were friendly but waiting staff rather slow for evening meal. Also lead to believe we were to have full cooked breakfast - instead it was a breakfast muffin with 3 ingredients. Thankfully had Expedia points so stay did not cost full price.

August stay
Stayed in August, hotel was very quiet, had good procedures in place. Staff very friendly and helpful.Room we were in was big, very large bed and comfortable nights sleep. Would recommend. Restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast or dinner although you could have afternoon tea. They do advise you of this in advance.

Nice Stay
Had a really pleasant stay at the Ansty Hotel. Reception / check-in was straight forward and the staff really friendly who explained that our room was out in the annex. Couldn't fault the room, large and comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with separate bath and shower. Only issue was that there was only one cup, so shared the tea. Choice of a restaurant or the lounges by the bar for a formal dinner or a bar meal, we elected for a bar meal which came promptly and was well presented. The bar staff were very friendly and efficient, nothing seemed to be a problem. Prices in the bar were a bit on the high side. Breakfast was plentiful "Continental (self service) and a selection of cooked meals, can recommend the "Full English", and again the staff were friendly.

Lovely room (feature king), clean everywhere, restaurant and lobby area very welcoming and contemporary but traditional. Lovely welcome, great staff. Dinner good, breakfast service a little slow. Overall a great good value stay.
