Staff was nice. Sadly they seemed way understaffed. They gym was tiny and no eaning supplies available. Disinfectant wipes that should be available had an empty bin. Hand sanitizer was empty. Pool was opened but Hot tub closed. Bed sheets gave me some rash. I would not stay here again.

40th Wedding Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Franklin, TN Residence Inn very much. It was very comfortable and convenient. Even with the coronavirus pandemic still looming on the horizon, we were able to get away for a very nice, quite weekend to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary.

We were there for a tournament and my daughter loved the fact the television swivels and did not have to sit on thr bed to watch television. That was pretty neat.

Very nice stay

The room was spacious with plenty of room to sit and lounge. Kitchen was adequate with 2 burner stove microwave and cooking utensils. Large TV swivels from lounge area to bed area. Bes was very comfy, 2 areas to sit and work or eat a meal which was nice The design is much like an efficient tiny house. Only issue, which is small, the sink is outside of the toulet area so if someone's sleeping, its hard not to wake them washing your hands. The fitness area was adequate with 2 treadmills bike and elliptical and weights. The breakfast was very good and the people were nice. Thee elevators are quick. But the parking lot is a little tight but manageable. It is shared by 2 hotels so it can get crowded.

We checked in and were tired, the clerk gave us a room far away and when we retried to get in our room the key did not work, we had to go all the way back and was told she gave us the wrong room. Ice machine was broken and the pool was very cold when it said it was heated. In the morning we said Good morning to the clerk and she didn’t even respond. The check out clerk was nice. I have two $20 charges that I had to call and ask what they were so I have to wait a few days to make sure those are removed. The last thing was our neighbors kept slamming their door but I realize that is not the hotels fault.

Solid hotel, very clean, super safe area in upper class area. King Bed was fine, but room was outdated and a tad small for a Residence Inn. No plugs with USB, older shower set up, and just a small table. Again, everything was clean and in great condition. I would gladly stay here again. It just is a bit out of date compared to other R-Inn's I've been to this year (3 others).
