Would stay again

Only complaints were noise-dogs barking and the guest above us were extremely loud from 5pm to 530am, then the restroom and one of the beds had hair from a previous guest. Overall stay was good.

ADA Accessible Room in Poor Condition

ADA Accessible room was not clean. Mattress smelled of urine (possibly a prior disabled guest but still) and restroom shower had lime and soap scum in every corner. We just needed it for one night but I'd hate to be a guest that needs the room for longer and has to sleep in those conditions. Despite the condition of the room, the hotel was quiet and easily accessible from freeway. The staff was very friendly and this review does not reflect their service quality.

Family trip to visit friends

We stayed in the studio suite with two Queen size beds. There was a tv in the bedroom and the main room. The full sized fridge and cooktop was nice. There are pots to cook on but no dishes or utensils so just make sure to grab those yourself. Although the hotel was pretty full during our stay it was relatively quiet. The pool was open but wasn’t busy when we went so that was an enjoyable part of our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room keys did need to be reset once during our stay but it was quickly remedied.

Would not honor 3rd party reservation.

We arrived around 4:00 local time and after we went to our room, we discovered that we did not receive the luxury studio suite we reserved and paid for. Yes they were full, but they said they could not give me the appropriate room because those who had reserved the same type had ready paid. The problem is, we did too. I’m not saying that we are more important than anyone one else, but the only thing I can think of is that we reserved through hotels.com and didn’t use our rewards number. After a few moments with the front desk staff and another long phone call with hotels.com, I was given a $20 refund to the room. We could have left with a full refund, but we had a graduation ceremony at 5:30 and a toddler. Too much trouble to pack everything back into the car and find another hotel. And to top everything off the smoke detector in the room was wrapped in plastic. I looked throughout the hotel for more, to see if they were all broken or not functional, but it was only ours. Makes one wonder how long it was covered.

You get what you pay for

Bad part of town. Dirty towel in tub and no toilet paper. Police activity going on so I left and moved to a better hotel.

Great stay good people won't stay anywhere else.

The best hotel in Lubbock in its price range. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great not non covid good but they try to make it good and it shows. Also nice heated pool.
