Great, safe location with easy walking access to El Tubo and the plaza. The stairs are all marble, so when our stay coincided with a middle school girls basketball team's stay, it was extremely noisy; they need carpet runners on the stairs and in the hall. We extended our stay one night so we got to experience a second room. Both were nicely renovated and big enough to not trip over each other. Although it is very close to the nightlife the street noise is extremely muted; the hall noises were much louder than the street. There is no hotel bar, but in that part of town you don't need one. Staff was very attentive. Did not eat the breakfast. I would stay there again.

Great place & location for a few days visit to Zaragoza. In the city centre with access to all that the city has to offer. Would definitely stay again or recommend.Staff multilingual, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great location in the center! Our room was really warm making it difficult to sleep well; opening the window didn't help and only let in noise from the central area outside the window (maybe the heat could have been turned down by staff, but there was no room control for the heat). Overall noise from the corridor was loud and disruptive. Guests from adjacent rooms closed doors forcefully causing loud bangs. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and given the great location and very reasonable price, we would give the hotel another chance if we could get a room with more natural light and lower heat levels.
