Very Unhappy
Our stay was a huge disappointment. Our room was located near the busy metro so it was extremely noisy. Parts of the floor in our room was coming apart causing us to continually trip. Our window would not open. Making it extremely hot. The aircon let out dirty air which made us all sick. The mini fridge did not keep anything cold. Our bed sheets were not changed and we were left without toilet paper on our last day we had to use our own! The shower also leaked. I paid a lot of money but would never go back. Staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Great place, great location, great staff!!
I went to Rome to meet my daughter after she had been traveling with a Contiki group so we could travel together for a week. I wanted a central place with the comforts of home. I got that an more. To be honest the rooms were small but it was all that we needed. It was central and the place was clean, very well appointed and the staff were fantastic. It really was a fantastic place to stay. We will be back! Stay here, you will be very happy.
