Nice staff, great location for tourists and very cheap for the location. Otherwise terrible. Technically clean but so run down it was disgusting: ceiling looked like it could fall in, stains in tub, broken shower head holder, water damage to laminate flooring, and I could go on. Breakfast was all packaged junk. WiFi didn’t work in my room at all. Arguably you get what you pay for but be warned. It’s basic.

The location beats everything. Nice lady greeted us and was very friendly. The room was basic but clean. During booking we specified that we needed two twin beds, not one double. Still when we arrived we got one double bed. For us it was ok, but in different circumstances that might have been a problem as they didn’t have other rooms. They have good air con and everything was working. We didn’t need more than this so again location beats it all :)

Mold in shower, water glass in bathroom was filthy

The place is humble, simple and clean. A bit of a shock at the beginning since there is no reception desk. They will come and meet you at your arrival and you may have to wait some minutes. However, the service of the people that run the place is good. They are very friendly and accommodating.

Having read other reviews I was expecting the worse however we found the triple room big enough with comfortable beds,clean sheets and small downstairs kitchenette with a table and chairs.Didnt use kitchen as there was no kettle or microwave just a fridge.Small bathroom but clean.As we were there to see Rome for a week we really didn't spend a lot of time in room.The hostess Lucia was very friendly but difficult to communicate with her in English.We organised pick up from airport by hotel driver via email which was a blessing as don't think we would have found hotel otherwise.On the downside the air conditioner wasn't working so room a bit stuffy with window shut.Coulld hear bottles crashing into bin from restaurant below on a couple of occasions.All in all adequate accommodation and value for money for a top location.We walked everywhere and only caught bus once!
