真實評價

8/10 很好

The hotel was perfectly located in the entre of Glasgow a 4 minute walk from George Square and central station, unfortunately the parking affiliated to the hotel was not so close and when we were given key cards I had to go back to ask for them to provide the gymnasium access as this I was informed was not standard procedure despite the facilities being there for hotel guests. All in all the hotel was really good.

Hotel was in a good location in Glasgow. Room was on the small side for the price. For whatever reason, we were put in a handicap accessible room which we neither requested nor needed. Very clean hotel with good staff. Typical feeble UK shower in a bathroom surrounded with grab bars!

Good hotel, great location. Would be helpful to be able to pay at the bar late night rather than only put on the room
真實評價

Excellent location - short walks to Buchanan Bus Station, Central Station, and Queen Street Station, and Buchanan street shops + various quality restaurants. My room was clean + spacious, with only a small amount of street noise. Barman (Ben) is excellent. Front desk staff are bit snippy.
真實評價

Sensor lights in corridors meant standing in pitch darkness until they came on . Very disconcerting for loan female guests. Also very poor lighting in bedroom. Excellent bed and bedding. Very helpful staff

Fabulous location! The staff was very helpful with suggestions and agreed to hold our bags until our train took off in the evening for London. The rooms are large and have plenty of light. The bed was quite comfortable and all amenities we needed were in the room. Highly recommended.

Quite expensive for the size of the room. Had to move chairs to get round the bed. Good location for city centre and subway and trains. Staff helpful.

Great first time stay. Great bar service. Reasonable prices. Helpful front desk staff. Breakfast could have been hotter though. Cold plates to put hot breakfast onto. Lukewarm by the time you returned to seat. But great selection and everything else very good. Please have warm plates for service!
