my husband and I had a very good rest after a long car journey. We were very encouraged to see people in Eastern Germany doing their best to update buildings, hotels, etc to Western standards. There still is room for improvement in this hotel, but we were well pleased to have chosen to stay there. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! And price for both room and breakfast VERY reasonable!

Decent stay for one night
The hotel is located in a somewhat industrial area. The room was clean but our bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was extremely hot and when you open the windows all the bugs and flies came in so we couldn’t sleep good at all. It would have been nice if the woman in the reception can smile a little..she didn’t seem happy to be there. The breakfast was nice and the service at the dining room was nice as well.

The price is equal the quality
The people is very friendly and helpful. But the hotel is old, it is far from the city centre and quite noisy. The hotel is near a transprovidence road which vehicles pass at 100 km/h. Even at the night, this road is crowded an the noise of the cars is not helping you sleep. The breakfast was poor. There are only basics and not much choices. The wi-fi is terrible. I mean, you just wonder in the year of 2018 how could it that bad. I heard that in some rooms there is no wi-fi at all. I had a mini bar in my room (which is empty) but my friend do not have. We had booked our rooms with the same price and checked-in together but somehow he get the worse room. When we ask about the mini bar, the staff simply said that “there is no mini bar in that room” and when we asked to change the room, they refused it by saying that all rooms are full. The bed and the bathroom were clean but the room itself is a bit dusty. There was a small tv on the wall but not with much channels. However, I managed to watch a bundesliga match at the lobby which was nice. They also have a small restaurant and a bar at the enterance.
