The walls are way too thin and every night there was someone shouting or screaming in one of the other rooms. We had to get up and go complain at 3am on the reception so they called the rooms and asked them to stop the noice. Then everything starts.again at 7am. The staff and hotel were great, but the guests were terrible. Going there to have some time away from central London didnt really work.

Very good and well located 3 star hotel

It was an extremely well-located hotel just a few minutes walk from all amenities and the beach, and they offered a breakfast/car park deal at 30 euros per night per double room which seemed good value to me for the sake of parking securely. They also offered a 5 euro voucher if you opted not to have your room cleaned that day. There were a few issues with old fashioned or out-dated facilities, most notably the shower arrangement, which was at low level, inviting only hand-held shower usage which to many is unacceptable these days, and does make taking a shower difficult. But it was quiet, in a room on the pool side anyway, and comfortable. You could hear others in neighbouring rooms a little but most guests weren't loud anyway so this wasn't a big issue. The breakfast was a continental choice and very tasty and included a Tropicana juice machine. I wish all hotels had this machine. Their free drinks between 6 and 8 is a nice idea, although we didn't happen to partake in it. The pool was under-used during our stay and yet looked quite inviting, with only a few guests taking advantage of it. It's a bit overlooked and possibly shaded by neighbouring residents' flats so perhaps that's one reason. But with the beach a 5 minute walk away, I'm not that surprised for that reason either. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and always bore in mind it was only supposed to be a 3 star hotel, but it was a very good example of a hotel at this level. Wifi was not that reliable.

Disappointment Despite Town Centre Location

We were given room 101 (literally)! There was no proper shower only a hand shower in the bath. The mixer tap was dislodged from the wall. There were two cheap-looking plastic chairs in the room to sit on. No tea/ coffee making facilities. Limited English speaking TV channels: CNBC, Bloomberg & a fashion channel. There is no hotel parking although they offered us parking at a nearby multi-storey car park at extra cost (over a tonne for the week) We did not use the small pool. Breakfast was offered to us both at extra cost (over two tonne for the week). It could have been this last point that caused us to end up in room 101 - on declining the receptionist's offer of daily breakfast we ended up in this inferior room - it was also smaller than adjoining rooms according to the floor plan on the corridor wall. Also no balcony and awful view from the room: roof below obscuring pool and overlooked by neighbouring high rise buildings. I am not sure it would get a 3 star rating in the UK.

Superb location in sainte maxime ,great food/stay

The hotel has an excellent location by shopping/restaurants and 100m to the beach. Breakfasts were good and could be taken inside/outside.Has a small pool but nice atmosphere/garden.Rooms are clean and adequate with good service.Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Charming little hotel in the middle of Sainte Maxi

Located perfectly. Two minutes walk to the port, nearby restaurants and old town. For 15 euro a day you can use the hotels pass for the nearby multi story car park. Worth the expense for the convenience. Booked a family room for the four of us and got a queen size bed and a bunk for the kids. The room was very comfortable, spacious and modern. The only thing I'd fault was the bathroom which is very old. There is a shower bath with a mixer tap but there isn't anywhere you can hang the head to have a stand up shower. Love the little pool. Enjoyed relaxing on the sunbeds. The hotel provides complimentary drinks and snacks between 7 and 8 pm which I really enjoyed because it started the evening off perfectly.
