Truly beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartment in the centre of Florence. I would definitely stay there again. The young lady who checked us in was extremely nice and very helpful.

Excellent location
Excellent location although check-in was a little tricky. Very helpful staff. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout which allowed us to tour the city.

Excellent location and service in terms of check in and calling the taxi. However, no housekeeping was done for 4 days that we stayed there.

The apartment was very well located close to the Centre. However it was very dark, air conditioning was not effective and the only bathroom was downstairs whilst the bedroom was upstairs.
