geart location beach nearby short bus ride to city or could walk in 10 mins. Room clean just needed kettle and tea coffee etc bar was never staffed to get a drink unfortunately breakfast was lovely hot and cold choices

Excellent location. Walking distance to the old part of town and the beach. Breakfast is excellent.

Hotel staff where very helpful and great. Room was very nice, hotel was only 10 mins away from many attractions. We could see the ocean from the garden view. We would stay hear again. bathrooms need an up dating and a room safe, would of made our stay perfect.

The swimming pool, garden and location make the Astari a great choice. We had a city view room which lacked a few things like extractor fan in bathroom, adjustable shower, hook for dressing gown in bathroom, safe. The bar/restaurant opened at various times from 5pm but sometimes not until 8pm. We arrived at 2pm and could get nothing to eat or drink until the evening. Luckily there are bars and supermarkets nearby. However we had a great stay and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is a large supermarket to the left of hotel about 10 minutes walk and Spar to the right.

Lovely hotel and staff were fantastic. Superb pool and outdoor dining/relaxing area and location was literally a 5 minute walk from either the beach or the popular area of town. A little gem.

Great place with very nice rooms, nice landscaping and a pleasant swimming pool. Wonderful breakfast and wonderful front desk staff.

Comfortable room with a nice balcony. The room did not have a safe, but they offered the use of a safe at the front desk for a fee. Room also was a little noisy so we could hear the people next to us. It was great to park in the parking garage and the price for parking was reasonable. The outdoor pool was really nice and is quite large. The hotel is a very close walk to the beach (which was gorgeous), a grocery store nearby and fairly close to many of Tarragona's historical attractions. We particularly liked the nearby aqueduct (10 minute drive). Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely clean & tidy, staff were great. Pool was good & pool area relaxing. Only complaint was the car park was full but staff directed me to free parking close by
