This hotel is a gem, with great service, great staff and the comforts of home. Slightly noisy between rooms and the hallway, but for the most part it was perfection.

Wonderfully intimate boutique hotel with really sensational service (especially from Saibal). Highly recommended.

Everyone was lovely , breakfast delicious and great place to stay !

Randy and Ryan would go out of their ways to make the stay of their clients pleasant. One example: we had to leave early in the morning during the last two days of our stay and would therefore miss the freshly cooked breakfast that the hotel provides. Upon hearing this, Randy offered to leave breakfast in our room the night before. Although it's cereal, fruits, pastries, and yogurt only, we were so impressed with the attentiveness they offered. It's a small hotel but super nice and comfortable as well as centrally located. Oh, WiFi was the best amongst all the hotels we stayed at and we only stayed at places rated 4.5* and above.

Good location within short distance to restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very homely and comfortable. Room is clean with good air conditioning. Ryan was very friendly and helpful and check in and out was very efficient. Will stay at The Dairy again when next in Queenstown.
