The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing is the pillows was so lumpy it was so hard to get them comfortable. Other than that it was very nice.

The room they tried to put our daughter in had more than a dozen white patch marks all over the walls and an unexplained door that was literally nailed shut in the room. The furniture was scratched and awful. We had to move her room AND they charged us additional money for that. It was dirty, noisy, awful. The best thing about the property was the young man that helped us - he was short staffed and still did his best to help.

Use your brain. Avoid this place

So the last at the front desk was nice and friendly, but it stopped there. You know those times you have driven for 12 hours and three of them were in LA traffic when God know longer holds reign? You are so tired that you could sleep on rocks? You brain no longer works? Well that’s what happened when I booked this motel. Avoid. Really. Just avoid it. Ran the air all night long to drown out the sounds. Pretty sure the person next door was a lady of the evening. The bed was like a hammock and when 0230 came around it was soon enough for me to think about getting our to doge.

Room was in repair and still the front counter said for the price l paid with you that is all l can get. Holes everywhere and some under repair, Lot of dust and NO TOILET PAPER in the restroom. Worst experience ever.

High Price Low Expectations

My bf & I called to see if we could possibly check in early since we were going to a festival in San Bernardino (we were visiting from Arizona with 2 friends also staying with us) which started at 2pm & went until 12am, we called a lady had said we couldn’t check in early we could possibly call around 12pm & they might have a room available. We were fine with not checking in early no bid deal. We ended up just checking in at our original time 3pm which we were already missing an hour of our festival. Upon arrival had fast check in got our room keys went to our room & the door was wide open & dirty, we were giving a room that was not cleaned yet. My bf went to the front desk & a man apologized & said if we could wait another hour & a half to get the room cleaned because they were short staffed & then offered him a discount. We didn’t want to wait & miss more of our festival, we went to Walmart & changed there & went to the festival. We come back around 1am & get to the door & then the key cards didn’t work, we ask for new ones & go inside to our room. Once we walked in we laid down & realized that I had asked for 2 queen beds & was given 2 full size beds (my bf is 6’4). At that point we were just over it. Upon check out date everything was fine & we complained about these things & were told sorry about late check in & nothing was done about the beds & a lady said they don’t offer discounts the man shouldn’t have offered one. Pay for what you want get what you Don’t..
