The room was exceptionally big. Bed was comfortable.

Great staff. Very comfortable place to stay. It felt very clean and safe especially during Covid.

Room had space and clean with all our needs meet. We loved that hotel had schedules in place for pool times because of the virus going on to ensure it was not over crowded. We did not go without or feel a big change in service due to the Virus going on in the world.

Front desk staff Kerri was extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean!

The ladies at the front were an absolute pleasure every time we needed something. I really appreciated their great attitudes. The rooms were spacious and clean and the facility was nice.

We went to Abilene for a wedding. We got to town at 2:45 went and checked in to our room so we could get ready for our 5:00 wedding we had to be at. The lady at the front desk said that check in was not untill 3:00 so we waited til 3 and went back into check in and the lady said room is still not ready. I told her that we where on a schedule and needed to get ready. There were two others couples waiting for rooms in the lobby. We did not get checked in until 4:15. We where late for the wedding and missed the bride walking down the aisle. My wife was very upset about not getting to see that. The hotel was nice, clean, and we had a good stay there after the wedding was over. Just very dispointed that we where late all because of the room wasn't ready.

According to their website, this is a pet friendly hotel. Upon checkin, I was charged a $106 non refundable pet deposit. Awesome. There is an outdoor pool listed as open on the web site. In order to swim in the pool, you have to sign up for a time slot. Pool closes at 8. We go to the room, and it was big, spacious, and nice. The toilet, was overflowing. I called to the front desk. No answer. After 3 attempted phone calls, I walked back down to the check in and no one was there. There was no bell to ring. There was a sign saying the attendant was helping another resident and would be back shortly. 15 minutes later, the same lady who checked us in looks at me and nodded. She didn’t ask how she could help. She nodded. I said the toilet was over flowing and she said she would send up maintenance. The maintenance man was very friendly.

Mmmm it was alright, limited on breakfast, but due to COVID 19, cannot really blame this property.

Everything was as expected with a nice review rating

I had an allergy attack 3 hrs after getting to the room. I found out they allow pets, the previous room tenant had a pet. The room must not have been cleaned properly. I did not get more than 3 hrs sleep.
