I stayed at this property 3 years ago & it is a far cry from what it was. Downhill. Check-in not overly friendly or helpful, no direction to even the general vicinity of the room or elevator. Suite was OK, nothing overly exciting & needed an upgrade. NO bathroom fan & small vent was rusty & non-functional (thank goodness for 2 doors). One of the 2 elevators went down on Friday & still wasn't working on Monday. No guidance and confusion as to where the 2nd-3rd floor stairs where. Entire rooftop bar/restaurant closed early d/t bday party, then bar closed @ 11PM? Throng of people leaving, asked to use the stairs, told no stairs, asked what if fire? 5 seconds security asks who wants to use the stairs & being led back through sketch service stairwell. Keycards didn't work next day. Front desk said must have only checked us in for 1 night. Checking out, asked for a copy of charges. I was told I'd have to get from Expedia? Huh? I booked through Hotels. I was told that if not sold then the rooms or reservations are then purchased by other agencies. I said that I'd never heard of such a thing and I wanted to print out of my bill which miraculously I somehow now could get. It's really a shame their letting this palce go..
