新星海岸度假村酒店 - 蘇梅島

This is my third visit, well above average as usual in terms of service and environment. Dining options nearby in Chaweng Noi are less extensive than those in Chaweng, yet if you are beach lover then this is the hotel that you cannot miss. The beach is large with fine sands and crystal-clear water. A must-go place. I received a warm welcome with drinks, coupons and special room setting.

Lovely hotel on a quiet stretch of beautiful beach. The pool area is only a couple of steps up from the beach. Plenty of sun beds for everyone so you could move around during the day. Service is great with the delivered to your sunbed, happy hour cocktails being a real selling point. Breakfast is an excellent buffet catering for international/ all tastes. Hotel is set out through ‘tropical gardens and are mainly low rise blocks - rooms are large with an indoor and outdoor shower and decent air conditioning. Centre of Chaweng is a short taxi ride or hotel shuttle bus ride away but not an issue - there’s a taxi station at the front gate. I have to mention the security people at the front gate who made you feel special every time you passed with their generous salute and protective assistance in helping you to cross the road or calling a taxi. We had a great time here and I’d recommend it,

Lovely hotel, beautiful big rooms and private beach, staff extremely helpful and friendly too!! Not the most lively area but lovely and close enough to get taxis around, close enough to airport and not too far from Nathon Pier! Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel and awesome staff. Seems like the hotel is already a bit older but still in a good c9ndition.
