I was told the day before our stay, and after the cancellation period, that the air conditioning was not working. I emailed and messaged through the app but no one replied which is appalling. We did not want to lose our money so we went to check in. They mentioned the air conditioning and I said we would have liked to have cancelled. I was told we could with no charge. We then had to find somewhere else to stay. The charge is pending in my account so I hope it will not be taken. Not a great start to our weekend away. My other half has a health condition so would have struggled with the heat
