週末度假村 - 蘇梅島

We had problems checking in, the woman in reception said we had a reservation in another hotel. I had to show her the confirmation email twice. Then when we had to print our boarding passes for the flight, the same woman was skyping on her phone while “helping” me. Of course I had to email the passes twice because she said it wasn’t working... Rooms are outdated, wifi is horrible all over the resort. The only good part is the pool at the beachfront. Take advantage of the happy hour at the bar, since the normal price for a beer is 140thb!! Expensive even for being on the beach.

We stayed 7 nights in a standard room. The room was dated but it was clean. The hotel is right on the beach and with a sun bed area on the beach and a great pool area Breakfast was great. The location is great everything you need is right outside the hotel. If I stayed here again I would not get a standard room I would get superior or pook side they are alot nicer

Booked a superior room but it could have done with being updated Bathroom, TV, fridge and WiFi needs to be looked out. I wouldn’t recommend it for the money they charge for the superior room. 4* !!!
