Very nice hotel - happy hour and breakfast, given COVID, were both excellent. Fitness center has everything you need. Rooms are spacious. It can sometimes be noisy - especially because it is dog friendly.

We have stayed here before (and recently, just December), but this time we came for my daughter's birthday there was no Manager's Reception and only a cold boxed breakfast, no hot breakfast (which is why I choose Embassy Suites almost everytime!) Oh, and no hot tub...it was drained and blocked off... Also no warning and no provisions for the lessened amenities...I wouldn't have booked if I had known. I will know for next time to call and verify all of the things before we go! Just a heads up!

We usually love staying at the Embassy but it seems as Covid has caused it to lose what made it a special place to stay. It was like a ghost town. No bar or restaurant open on the premise despite local ordinances allowing them to be open. Not even the Starbucks in the lobby was open. The coffee provided was not good and the grab and go breakfast was sad. I do feel bad because I’m sure a lot of this was due to economic reasons but the previous atmosphere was a big reason we stayed here. Our room was looking dated. The carpet was coming up in places. Room was clean and we slept well. Staff was friendly.

Great stay

We loved our stay. Super friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated but have everything you need. We loved the table in the living area for work/eating, plus nice fridge and microwave. Nice big TV’s in bedroom and living room. Absolutely would stay again.

When we visit my grandkids in Colorado we always stay at this Embassy Suites. We were given a room that had a terrible odor. Called the office and they gave us a room with an air purifier in it and assured us all is good. My wife started sneezing soon after entering. She thought she caught a cold and decided to stay away from our family Christmas gathering for two days. So much for a great Christmas. We decided to leave a day early to get out of the cold weather. That’s when we noticed white cat fur on the floor and our dark clothes. It wasn’t a COLD. It was an allergic reaction to the dander. We were furious at this discovery that ruined our visit. We are looking for other hotels for future visits.

This stay was pretty good. The hotel was clean and festive for the holiday. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked. However, when I stayed two weeks earlier, there was still a limited reception and hot breakfast to go. This time there was neither. Also, both times I've received an email from Hilton through hotels.com touting their contactless check-in through the app. Then, I've had to jump through hoops to connect my hotels.com stay to my Hilton account and both times, I've still had to check in at the front desk. This time the receptionist asked physically for my husband's credit card even after we had commented on the lack of contactless check-in. Disappointing.

Beautiful hotel, but our dog found a bunch of shrimp tails in the room when we checked in, so that was fun pulling those out of his mouth. Outside of that, very nice, a little dated, but I would stay again.

The hotel was clean and followed covid-19 recommendations. The manager's reception was done by social distancing and carry back to your room. The made to order breakfast followed the same protocol and was outstanding. The room was large and comfortable.
