I have reserved a double room, they gave me a very small room that was different from the photos, they were not respectful, the hotel looks nice outside, but the rooms have very low quality, I don't recommend it

Toilet too small. No bell boy to pick up luggage. Door to room defective. Breakfast buffet not good.

One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced and I work in hotels. The team are very rude and unhelpful, noisy front rooms, shocking wifi connection, room smelt smoke. Can’t believe this is a IHG hotel

Location is very good and service is excellect.

The location was great, the room 4204 was very comfortable. Although the bathroom layout was crazy as it was very difficult to shut the door and the drainage in the shower was a disaster. And after each shower there was 2cm of water left. We used the room service a lot and found the menu a bit limiting after 10 days.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks on holiday. I often stay in Crowne Plaza hotels on business and until now my favourite was in Foshan in Southern China. The location of the Crowne Plaza Old City was fabulous 3 mins from Grand Bazaar, 1 min from tram and bus routes, 5 mins from metro and Marmaray lines. Staff were incredible. Friendly, helpful, hospitable. A special word for Ezri, Gener and the concierge. They were marvellous. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling on business or on holiday.

I like the area where is located this hotel but the room is old and small and not in my opinion at 5 stars level.

When we got room,room was not cleaned and it was dirty.wifi not receiving reception in room

Good location, good service, comfortable beds but needs update.
