Homeless/rehab center, would like to be aware of that before booking sad because this used to be a great place and have fully ruined their reputation by this. Can’t even get in the door without there being 10 homeless people smoking cigarettes. None of them want to wear their masks and honestly doesn’t make me feel safe staying there. Avoid this place especially if you’re a family

My 2nd visit. A cool, industrial boutique hotel. Clean, quiet and great location.

We arrived at the hotel, there were fire trucks and police cars in front of the building next door. We thought it was the hotel, but NYLO was next door. It was about 7p, and there were no lights on at the front door of the hotel!! We thought it was closed. We apprehensively entered the hotel, through the propped open door, passing people hanging around. And found the hotel was opened. We asked the front desk clerks about the fire trucks...next door...and they said they were glad the police and firemen weren't "here" for us!... NOT comforting. As we were leaving to park across the street, the front lights came on! Much much too late for a business!! When we walked into the lobby to wait for the elevator, people were walking around as if they lived there... not as a guest. The room was ok. We just felt unsafe bc of how the hotel was functioning. As we came and went from the hotel we noticed, as people got off on other floors, the floors (2nd & 3rd at least) had tables set up right off the elevators. Curious...??!! And then when we checked out, I asked if other people were staying at the hotel beside hotel guests. The gentleman at the desk said that the hotel has a contract with the RI government, to house people who are recovering from COVID-19!??? This information was NOWHERE on the website, no disclaimer!!! Nothing. A terrible way to run a business. We felt unsafe.

I travel for work and am an essential working. I could have done without the attitude from the guy at the front desk. I am still a customer and would like to be treated like one.

A beautiful hotel itself but the rooms were a lot smaller then I expected and the housekeeping service wasn’t up to par also they only had one universal remote for the entire hotel, no room had its own

Extremely easy check in, Covid friendly felt very safe& clean . The room was chic and the bed was comfy. The rainfall shower head felt very relaxing. I would definitely rebook this establishment

Excellent service at front desk, room was sanitized and clean upon arrival. Beautiful hotel!

Great little hotel! Super comfy bed in a luxury industrial bunker. The best rain shower head ever!

Great clean place to stay

Leaking loud heat pump left a river of water across the floor. No cups for morning coffee.
