People working there have no customer service skills,,,these are the ones who are checking guests in and out. You speak and they don’t. They don’t smile don’t ask how was your stay. Terrible — the ice machine didn’t work well. Rooms were ok but the top cover had stains. If it’s stained replace it gives the impression of room not cleaned. I took my own sanitizing wipes and when wiping down dresser there was something in it that I got off. So I don’t think they are wiping down with cleaning stuff only dry rags. This hotel needs to work on their hiring and training of people and cleanliness. I get it’s not as high as other hotels but you don’t get an iron / ironing board. No continental breakfast and outdated rooms. But as long as they are clean I can deal. But please be clean and friendly
