AC WAS BROKEN. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE.

In this current health crisis, the desk personnel should not have been working with a severe and persistent cough. I would not have been escorted in a tiny elevator to a check-in staton with such a scary symptom. The hotel would not credit my pre-psyment and was closed the following day! In addition, the picture shown on Expedia of the entrance was severely outdated.

I liked that the building kept with the historic architecture but in an updated modern form. The building is also within walking distance of many sight seeing places. However, the young gentleman who checked us in did not have a very pleasant demeanor. From his facial expression alone, he did not seem like he wanted to be working there. He did not make the check in process welcoming. The next morning, he delivered our continental breakfast and he had the same attitude as if he hated his job. If you chose to work in the hotel business, you should be hospitable. There was one female employee that was the opposite of his behavior and seemed to have a more pleasant attitude. The employee in the hotel need to have a better attitude working.

No key for room the whole stay room wasn’t so clean

Brilliant hotel, very spacious and simply beautiful. Wonderful location, a short walk to everything we needed, not too far from the airport. Would definitely stay here again and hope to the next time I visit Philadelphia!

Lovely boutique style hotel! Love it. Plenty of great restaurants and bars near by. Convenient parking in a ramp near by. Beautiful rooms!!! Breakfast delivered to my room! Worth staying here.

The rooms were elegant and comfortable. The staff was fantastic. Good coffee machine in the lobby and breakfast was great and delivered on time to our rooms. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel. Convenient location to convention center and reading terminal market. Less then a mike walk to Franklin

Proximity to convention center and center of town, easily accessed restaurants and stores close by. Excellent restaurants on either side of facility.

Great receptionist Breakfast (included) lousy. Croissants terrible. We had breakfast next door after having left most on our plates

I arrived to a very warm welcome but quickly discovered that my room was directly over a bar blasting music nonstop (no one seemed surprised that this was happening). I asked to be moved to a quieter room and the staff was very accommodating. My new room was an upgrade but it clearly hadn’t been serviced in some time, with desiccated broccoli florets on the floor, curtesy covers missing from glassware and hardware missing from the shower knob. In room espresso and breakfast delivered to you is a nice touch but I won’t be returning.
