Mario was a great host !!!
We came in for the weekend for a funeral which was a sad occasion. The hotel was clean the staff was friendly we went to the bar to have a drink and we were the only ones there Mario was our bartender and was nice and friendly and took good care of us. I’m sure it’s hard being a hotel employee during the middle of a pandemic when the crowds are just not there but he was very cordial and kind

Unmotivated Staff
I know that Covid has things tightened up, but the staff was not friendly or particularly helpful. They just really didn't care. The lobby coffee was always cold as an example of the lack of care taken.
