Everything is excellent. Great location and very clean. Good staff. If the variety of breakfast could be incressed, it would more bravo.

There are good things and bad things about the stay ( I stayed in beach front villa after paid upgrade) Good things: - The location is excellent, Patong beach is just at the door; the hotel is very close shopping malls and tourist area. - Most of the staffs are very nice - The private pool is deep, i think 1.5m deep, very enjoyable. Bad things: - The coffee cup was dirty - The Jacuzzi tub water was yellow with rusted small pieces (staff come fixed it quickly) - The door to pool could not be shut - The shower holder was broken, the hot/cold water switch fall off easily - TV is blur with shadows - The breakfast is fair - I upgraded from Villa to beach front villa, the price is basically buying a new room instead of upgrade.

客房/酒店整潔度 -- 整潔乾淨，十分滿意 服務質素 -- 所有員工十分友善，員工包括前台、清潔員、餐廳服務員、守衛等等。 酒店設施 -- 有兩個戶外泳池，需然並非太大長而窄，但是還算可以。戶外沙灘椅休息區超級舒服，躺在太陽傘下小休，前方面向芭東海灘，數米前方已看到外藉美女躺在沙灘上日光浴，真是賞心悅目！ 酒店位置 -- 位置就是黃道！酒店位處芭東海灘旁，由酒店後方可直接進入海灘。酒店旁邊就已經是芭東最旺的遊客區。酒店位置真是超級方便！！！真正的靜中帶旺，房間完全聽不到馬路上的汽車聲，深夜或許能聽到海浪聲。 意外驚喜：入住當天是我的太太生日，酒店員工奉上生日蛋糕來為她慶祝，實在十分窩心！假如、假如能免費升級海景別墅套房就無語論比了！！！

非常方便，後面就是海灘，隨時可以曬太陽。吃的也很方便，按摩也有很多選擇，在酒店按摩是貴了點，但也值得花錢。

I would recommend this hotel for tourists. The staff are very helpful and proactive to serve. The swimming pool is neat and clean. I particularly like their hotel massage which is very good compared to the rest few we did try. The drinks in the refrigerator are all complimentary. Good surprise!

I love EVERYTHING except the price in this hotel, but I believe it's worthy. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and polite. It is just few steps to the beach. The room itself is huge and well furnished. It's definitely great for a romantic trip for honeymoon or LGBT. I personally would suggest to book a room on the second floor if you want to save some budget. There are great rooms on the first floor where you can jump into swimming pool from your balcony, but it seems not too many people use the pool during my stay.

Incredible location. It's on the beach. Nice rooms. Variety of rooms too. Two pools. Great breakfast. I love this hotel. Staff is one of the best around. The location is amazing. Can walk to everything and anything that you would want. Can be a bit pricey. I look for deals on internet sites and when I can get a sensible price. I take it. I highly recommend this Hotel
