They genuinely cared about ensuring every guest felt at home, which added a personal touch to the experience. The highlight of my stay was the excellent breakfast at Tozi Cafe. I appreciated the fact they are not serving buffet but a proper breakfast menu with plenty of choices. It was a delightful way to kickstart each day of my stay. During my breakfast at Tozi Cafe, I had the pleasure of encountering one of the hotel's exceptional team members. This tall boy, always donning a bright smile, went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of. His attentive and passionate service made my dining experience all the more enjoyable and memorable. Art'otel Battersea surpassed all my expectations, providing an unforgettable experience. With its artistic charm, friendly service, and outstanding breakfast at Tozi Cafe, this hotel is a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly special retreat. This hotel is superbly positioned to allow guests to explore the area and all it has to offer. Unfortunately, the Wonderpass app did not work and allow us to download the digital key but this did not spoil our stay.

It was fine

Hotel is lovely and in a great location, rooms are fine but nothing special, the rooftop pool is amazing but hardly has any space to sit at so you need to fight for the loungers. My issue was the staff - no one was overly friendly. And when checking out, reception stored the bags. We had two pull along cases, a shopping bag and a tote bag so 4 bags in total. The receptionist was adamant he was only writing 2 bags, I asked several times for him to amend it to 4 bags and he kept laughing saying it’s fine, it’s fine. When arriving back at the hotel later in the day so collect the bags before going to the airport - only 2 bags were brought. 1 cases and the shopping bag was missing. After some panic and calling different people - the bags were finally ‘found’ and brought to us. It was all a bit strange.

Gone downhill rapidly..!

The pool area was unkept and wet towels and glasses uncleared for hours: Was kicked out of pool at 6.45am for a ‘private event’ despite no prior notification. Want my money back! Lifts have a mind of their own Had to ask 3 times for ice over dinner and sent main back as inedible and bitter tasting Stayed here 30 plus times and worst experience so far.

First class service

Fantastic weekend stay. Service was first class, rooms were immaculate, and the breakfast (choice and quality) and rooftop pool really made our stay extra special. Every member of staff were friendly and attentive, and we really felt that we got good value for money.

Late check in and no room in Restaurant

Disappointing late check in - having to wait 45 minutes beyond normal check in time as room not ready. Told it was upgrade but couldn’t see any difference to rooms stayed in before. Disappointed by not being able to get a table in the restaurant despite being a paying guest
