No hot water , no liner in ice bucket , coffee maker was broken ! I’ve stayed in 100 hotels nicer !! It was awful !! The help was condescending and didn’t care !! Check in was slow and took 30 minutes!!! I could go on and on . Horrible experience for - 400 room !

Great Room
The room was beautiful; very large. The only downside was that it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and I thought I had booked a nonsmoking room. The resort is really nice and I'm definitely going to go again when i have more time to check out the casino. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t worth the price
The room was large, but wasn’t impressed with the condition of the room. We had a nonsmoking room, and there were obvious signs of cigarette burns on the furniture. We didn’t use the sitting room because of the unclean appearance. There were also mascara marks on one of the pillowcases. Aside from the room, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the top golf suite at the sports bar.

Don't waste your money!
This was a surprise birthday trip for my husband that didn't turn out as planned! Upon arrival around 5:30 pm we had to wait for almost 30 minutes in line to check in only to be told there were no rooms ready and that it could be up to an hour before we could get keys. This was a huge problem since we were to be at a concert at 7pm and needed our room to get ready after traveling almost 5 hours from Memphis. After explaining the situation was advised I could just use libby bathroom to get ready which is absolutely ridiculous when I paid over $300 per night for our room. I had to ask for a manager that magically found us a room. We rushed to our room with little time to spare to find out we had 2 queen beds instead of the king bed I had reserved. The room was very dusty and a bit outdated for the price paid. The staff at the hotel and casino were not friendly at all and I will never spend my money at this property again.
