艾斯薩迪馬拉喀什宮殿渡假村 - 馬拉喀什

Fantastic Hotel. Sayed in a suite and have to say it was the best hotel I had ever stayed in (and I travel a lot for business). Highly recommended. Service not quite up to scratch for this sort of establishment though.

The room and the hotel were very nice. Nice garden view from balcony. Some missing items in the room: coffee maker or kettle, kleenex in the room, iron and iron board were also missing. Otherwise everything else was just fine including the breakfast.

Lovely hotel with relaxing pool area and thermae spa. Pool snacks expensive but Moroccon buffet reasonable value. No welcome drink on arrival which was very unusual as this was the only place we weren’t offered one in the whole of our holiday. Also one cake in room, delicious but couldn’t understand why they couldn’t have provided one each! Fizzy yoghurts on the breakfast buffet and only place we ended up with upset stomachs! Service in hotel was the worst we experienced and we stayed in a selection of raids, kasbah, desert camps.

Executive suite was amazing - huge bed, massive bath and balcony overlooking the pool area

We just loved staying at the es Saadi palace! The service was fabulous, especially in the Moroccan restaurant. Close enough, but far enough removed from the chaos of the medina. We found it to be incredibly relaxing. The front desk staff were a little rude/icy.., aside from those folks, 5 stars all around!
