Room with a seaview has stairs which I asked them not to give me due to knee problems. TV wouldn't work as I like to watch the news, informed them but still not when we left. Breakfast was excellent a year ago when we stayed, absolutely gone down the pan sausage uncooked worst I've had. Streaky uncooked bacon instead of back bacon. Various uncooked ones on my wife's. Don't think I'd stay again, nobody seems to care about the place

Staff were very friendly. The complimentary in room refreshments where also quite decent, The room itself was fairly modern the beds where comfortable too, we didn't try the food but the dining room and toilets downstairs where very modern and refined, if say the only downside was the actual in room toilets as they weren't as modern also no smart TV if your hoping for one of those.

Lovely hotel with modern decor and clean facilities with complimentary water, tea and biscuits in the room each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended a few things to do with our daughter. We didn't have breakfast during our stay as we wanted to try some cafes nearby but the restaurant and breakfast area looked lovely. They allowed us to store our luggage both when we arrived and on our last day which we appreciated. The hotel is well situated right in the central area of the town in walking distance to the beach, the pier and shops. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location on the beach front was fabulous and close to all the shops and amenities. My top floor room was very comfortable and warm with views across the bay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. Great it has a small car park too.

Great location,near shops, resturants,pubs and transport.Near to the "Pier".Hop on off Bus great.Visited Snowdonia National Park by Bus which was stunning.Overall a lovely seaside resort with plenty of nice places to eat,coffee etc.Also good selection of shops.
