Room 341, shower curtain rod falling off. Breakfast bar attendee's more interested in sharing a laugh in back...... Good location, good sized rooms.

Always clean! Restaurants nearby..I’m a night owl so I don’t like to get up in the morning and leave a hotel for breakfast, I really like the fact that I can run down in PJ’s and grab a Free hot breakfast Lol! Very affordable also, half the price of what I pay in L.A. Love it here!

We like Crystal Inn as it has nice king beds and sofas in the room. The hotel has good service and close to restaurants. And is close to the freeway. It's a great place to stay

The lady at check in must not have been having a great day and decided to pass her attitude down the line to us. That was wry disappointing. In fact as I was there she was arguing with someone about the mask mandate and told them thry had to gs e one to go to the hockey game. The folks didn’t even come there for the hockey game!! Lol poor lady needed to take a few breaths and treat the customers better. Lots of frustration in the halls and elevator over her attitude towards all guests. A gentleman working the front desk later that night was super helpful in getting us an extra blanket, although I had to go get it. Things used to be delivered to rooms. Is this a covid thing? The stay snd rooms are comfortable and nice

We will be staying again. We did miss the breakfast since it was only 2 hours but the bed was comfortable and did not want to leave it. cracker barrel is right across the street for a good breakfast any way.
