So to start i was given the wrong room. King Corner non smoking, became twin queen middle and smelt of smoke. Went to reception and no problem with changing to what i booked, though i was suppost to be thankful for them giving me the last King they had, yeh the King I booked. Hotel hallway is dull and beige, with a nice static charge from the carpet. In fact this was the brownist hotel i have been in. Room was okay, but toilet stunk and had to be flushed a few times to clear the sulfer smell. TV remote was missing and had to be sent up but it did not work properly. Wifi was a problem to get started and with the room change they forgot to transfer the parking passes. AC could not be switched off, which is likely in order to drown out the highway next door. Breakfast was okay, though the lack of coordination continued when i was asked to pay even though i had booked breakfast with the room. Overall disappointing and will not return. Will also unlikely use Crown Plaza again.

My stay was perfect, the room was perfect. The TV didn't come on at first, someone was there in 10 mins, just needed to plug it in, in the back of the TV. I had two rooms, they put us next to eachother. I was able to check in both room early. Will stay here again. Loved the location, didn't care for the $54 parking fee.

Gorgeous and extremely clean property, ideal location. A larger discount on the parking would have been nice.
