The room did not match the lobby far as being nice. Old style tub with dirty looking tile. TV did not work. The bed was real nice and slept comfortable. No breakfast included. I expected way more from a Hilton Garden Inn.

Myself and two of my friends were in town for a visit. When we booked our rooms we called the actual hotel to verify the incidental fee of 25 dollars per night. Well When we got to the hotel to check in we were told that because we booked thru a 3rd party that the incidental fee would then be 250. The young lady at the front desk wasn't concerned about the fact that we were told something different. She the acted as if she was calling a manager in which we found out later she didn't. The she proceeds to negotiate a different prices. After about an hour we finally had no choice but to take the 100 dollar incidental charge because every other hotel was booked. The hotel wasn't the cleanest either. A young man came and moped the lobby and the streaks people made coming in with luggage while the floor was wet were still there the following afternoon when we checked out. A young lady knocked on our door at 9:15am asking if we needed towels and at 12 noon still no towels.
First issue. We called in advance to find out the card hold. We were told $25. We arrived and was told $250 because we purchased through 3rd party. So we asked for a manager. None was available until midnight....after sitting waiting for a manager to call back (that never did). She then said how about an $100 hold can you do that? I was frustrated about the negotiation. We planned to move 3 reserved rooms somewhere else. But we would still lose because it was passed the cancellation deadline. So we paid $100 for the room . a guy was mopping the lobby...the floors had puddles everywhere the wet floor sign was behind a wall. So people would step and track mud from the front to the elevator. Then house keeping knocked at 1030!! Check out was 12. So i was woken and frustrated because i had a long ride home!

I reserved a single king room. When we arrived, they told us that Expedia noted a double. So, I had to sleep in the other bed away from my wife and infant.

Price too high. The hotel is nice, not too noisy. Staff is friendly. Rooms could be cleaner - there were cut toe nails stuck in the carpet, which was disgusting. Other than that AOK.

We probably won't rebook at this property. Pros Check in was easy. The clerk was extremely nice and helpful. Cons We had to change rooms 3 times due to the following reasons. The first room smelled. When we walked in the room smelled like mold/mildew. The second room we actually spent the night in, but the AC didn't work. The room was at 80 degrees and only cooled down to 78 degrees. Plus there was hair on the bathroom floor. The next day we asked to change rooms and was placed in a room that the carpet was sticky in some areas because someone had spilled something. We also found a red spot, possibly blood, near the bathroom under the mirror. Overall, this property is well maintained and needs to be fully renovated. We were very disappointed for the price we had for the room however, the clerks were extremely empathic, helpful, and friendly.

My boyfriend slipped in the shower. When he grabbed the rail and it pulled out of the wall. He fell. They switched rooms, and offered us complimentary dinner. Unfortunately, the chef was late arriving that night, so we eventually just went out. Oh, and the new room? It had dry, used washclothes hanging in the shower. Overall, the most disappointing part of the stay was their complete lack of concern.

Expedia had no information about a $250 dep that was needed for an already paid for room with a debit card on file. We weren’t given enough towels due to the clerk not checking our reservation stating we had only regusteeed 2 people(when I checked next AM it was correct for 4 people) We needed a rollaway and were refused to room size, but we were put in a handicap room that enough room for 4 queen size beds. Just an overall bad check in experience. Staff next AM were very kind and genuine. The night staff really needed more training in dealing with a customer. I will say this is part of Expedia to blame too, as they have been phoned numerous times in the last several weeks from this location about the deposit. Expedia CS was also way to nonchalant about it as well. Nice, clean, comfortable hotel though.

We just stopped in for a night, on our way back to Texas. The people was nice, the cooked to order breakfast was good. The hotel is just old and could use some updating, I guess you get what you pay for!
