Definitely not the worst stay, pleasantly surprised with the room size and space.. you get what you pay for. Can’t expect a 5 star stay on a 2 star budget. Overall enjoyed it. Room was clean and front desk staff great and very helpful. Definitely recommend 👍

Overall it was a good stay. Some of the public areas are a little dated. There were no supplies (pots, utensils, plates or silverware) in the kitchen.

Horrible! The hotel was dirty, horrible odor and had roaches. I’m fighting to get my refund AFTER leaving due to these issues same day. A refund was promised, however I’m 2 weeks in and still have not received a refund. Do not stay here!

There was not a coffee maker in the room nor did I see coffee out front for breakfast as it was advertised in the lobby upon entry. The people were very nice and the location was awesome but I need my coffee :-)

I stayed here with my husband and our three kids, and I will never make that mistake again. The room itself appeared to be clean at first sight, but looks can be deceiving. The room had roaches, I woke up to one on my pillow. The bed sheets were dirty, and the toilet kept flooding for no reason. When I asked for someone to fix it, they replied with “all of our workers just left for today, so come and get the plunger.” I will not be returning here at all.

I entered my room and it was not up to scale or what I expected. It was dirty curtains stained up and unsanitary! I sent my wife to request a refund or atleast something that was better and the front office clerk told us to basically “deal with it” or leave and that we wouldn’t be refunded. I literally checked in for 10min max if even that and went to front desk with the complaint. I chose to leave since my 4 year old daughter felt uncomfortable in the room, and thought I deal with later.

The condition of the hotel was just ok. The hotel is very old so that’s to be expected. The pool was out of order. They attempted to double charge me. I had to get Hotels.com involved to fix the problem. Not sure if this was intentional or ignorance. Not good either way. Also, one of my kids left her iPad in the room. We know it was there because of tracking and we knew the exact location of it in the room. No one had been in that room when I notified the front desk about it because my reservation had not expired and I had not checked out. The person at the front desk said she would call me when housekeeping went to clean the room. I told her exactly where it was. They were not cleaning rooms until the guest checked out due to COVID. She did not call me back when she said she would so I called the hotel. I was told that housekeeping did not find the iPad. When I tried to track it after that, it had been turned off. Now, I am not the kind of person to falsely accuse someone of something, but common sense tells me that I had probably been lied to. I will definitely never stay at this or any other Extended Stay hotels again. Book at your own risk!
