Everything smells like mold, they promise a lot and deliver very little. The site says 10 restaurants but only 3 are open and they always say there are no reservations available. It says adults only but it’s just an adults only section that is small like you are being punished. Otherwise there are noisy kids everywhere. I would never stay here again, very disappointed! I wish I could get a refund, this was false advertising and deceptive sales practices.

Very clean and friendly. Food and drinks were below average. Breakfast buffet was OK. For lunch the only food was poor snack foods. No buffet. For dinner you had to make reservations at check in for the whole trip for a certain seating time. The restaurants were not that good and there wasn’t a dinner buffet to fall back on. Room service was burritos or a club sandwich to eat as entrees. The only “American” booze was bacardi, cuervo, and captain morgan. This hotel is not the place to enjoy food and drinks. Staff was excellent until We had to leave. There was 1 person at the front desk with 1 group at it. I waited ten minutes to tell them i was checking out. I left for a minute to check on my wife and then there were 3people in line. I told some other staff members that i was checking out, now there was 6 people in line. My airport shuttle arrived and they told me I can’t leave. I told them im leaving and they had hidden my bags from outside to behind the front desk which I didnt know. After making a scene saying they stole my bags they rushed them out to shut me up. A great way to end our trip. I do not recommend.

Due to Covid there are a lot of limitations on where you can eat and when. The buffet is not open every night. This requires that you make reservations and go to the on site restaurants. The buffet next to the family pool is only open for lunch and not breakfast right now. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the beach. They groom it and remove the seaweed. The staff was very attentive and always had on masks. We stayed in the adult section in an oceanfront room. We had low water pressure and lukewarm water in our shower. I reported it once and nothing happened. A few days later I asked again and the water was made hotter. The process to have your Covid test onsite was easy. We enjoyed our trip and would come back to Sandos again. This was our fourth time.

The rooms had a musty smell to them, from the pillows to the sheets. My clean clothes came back that way too. The pool and common areas are beautiful, but the rooms are dated and not what I expected. The food wasn't that great either. Staff was nice.

the bathroom in our room really needed an upgrade. The water would run out from under the shower door and wet the area around the toilet. The room had a very distinct "wet" smell.
It was supposed to be adults only but that is a lie kids everywhere! Also the food wasn't good compared to other all inclusives at the same price. Also the people in the lobby were friendly and helpful but the seek and go people rip you off DO NOT BOOK ATVS with them

This stay was awesome! We were two days into our week vacation and made the switch from our old resort to this one. Everyone was nice and ready to help! The room was great the food was great. We will defiantly use Sandos again!

I feel that the level of service at this hotel was just not up to its 4 star rating. Our first 2 days at the hotel literally nothing was up to our expectations. We were not able to get a reservation at a restaurant. We were not able to connect to wifi. We were not even able to get towels at the pool (and one of the people that worked there just said good luck to us). I feel like they just did not have enough staff in place to accomodate the guests. At the end of the second day there I spent over an hour to actually speak with a manager. They did attempt to help out. But, in the end, we still had great difficulty finding a place to eat in the evenings. I will say their New Year's Eve dinner and celebration did meet our expectations and encouraged us to stay at the hotel for the full 5 days (but we were still displeased with dinner reservations).
