Great location near various restaurants. Second parking just a few meters away.

Overall not a great experience. Jacuzzi bubbles didn’t work. We had one of the worst rooms right on the street. It was very loud. The hotel at construction and bits of concrete flew in the air hitting us as we walked by. The hotel clerk either hated us or her job. She was very rude the entire time. Every question to her was an inconvenience. I wouldn’t stay here again. There are plenty of other places to stay.

We had a standard room, so no real view. Be aware that there is a window in the entrance lobby to the room which does NOT have a curtain (other than net) so it would be possible to see into the room from other rooms and on lighter days expect an early wake up. Buffet breakfast was excellent, wide range of food on option as long as you don't expect a Full English! Amazes me how many people travel abroad and complain about the 'local' breakfasts. Plenty of options here. Hotel booked a cab to the airport for us, 20 minute drive, less than £3.50! Good location, easy walking distance to the main areas of the city and close to restaurants. All areas seem to be very well lit at night.

The location is very good. Located in a quiet area, but only a short walk to many activities including parks, shopping, and places to eat/drink. The breakfast is basic as far as what someone in the USA would consider to be breakfast.

This property should be flagged for misleading photos and everything else. We paid for a suite overlooking the square with a balcony, and an extra room with a twin bed. What we got was a disgusting sofa and table in one room, an unusable kitchen, and a bedroom overlooking a parking lot with zero balcony. The sauna is advertised as open until 10; we went in at 9:00 after asking for towels. WE WERE LOCKED OUT AND LEFT IN THE COLD AT 9:45!!. They locked the doors on us. We had to break into a conference room and call the desk to have them let us out. They didn't even so much as apologize.

Excellent service. Lucia was very helpful during check-in and with other enquiries I had during my stay. Good breakfast, clean, comfortable. Great location.

O lugar surpreende quando você entra no quarto, muito espaçoso, confortável e funcional. O serviço é muito bom, só o café da manhã que , além de achar normal e com poucas opções não variava de um dia para o outro. Localização muito voa também.

Excelente serviço, local e atendimento. Sugerimos algumas melhorias no café da manhã: frutas, café de qualidade (máquina sofrível), embutidos argentinos junto com os ovos.
