Multiple calls to reception went unanswered, forcing me to go downstairs and twice find receptionists doing nothing (the calls were late at night over a period of one hour and half an hour, respectively, and it is highly unlikely anything was happening to keep them busy). On top of that, each night I arranged a wake up call that never arrived the following day. Equally frustrating, i returned to the room the first day to find it had not been cleaned. The excuse was they didn't have enough staff. Meanwhile, not once was I offered so much as a drink or a breakfast for their repeated failures to provide even a base level of service.
