Beautiful room and view. Very clean and comfortable beds.

If you want a romantic getaway, this is the place to go! Top to bottom the Arrabelle was professional, thoughtful, and top notch. If you golf, do yourself a favor and play their resort course at Red Sky. I ended up proposing to my girl on the 9th green. The concierge sent a bottle of champagne up for us to celebrate. We had a rough time getting up to Vail, my car broke down on the way up and we had to get it towed and ended up getting a rental car. I had called the Arrabelle and let them know we’d be in super late. Upon arrival the front desk knew us by name and empathized with our car misfortune. A nice touch. Room was clean and well decorated. We had a fireplace in our room, and the decor was absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be returning!!

Great room. Well trained staff All restaurants and bars closed. Competing properties have them open Feels like mgmt. wants the money but doesn’t want the hard work of operating full service hotel in these times

Hotel was amazing!! Service was incredible, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was outstanding! Super clean and really cool features! They allow you to special order things such as foam pillows and overall the service is one of the best I’ve experienced. Great location to access everything by walking. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was centrally located and beautiful. They thought of everything. Our bathroom floor was heated; we had a fireplace in our room and the location is picturesque. I highly recommend staying here.

Staff at the Arrabelle is top-notch. Everyone was very accommodating, professional, and kind. Our 2 bedroom suite was stunning! Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Love the service and atmosphere here. Nice and quiet. Only problem we had was it got hot at night and we just had to ask for a couple of fans. Other than that, we had no problems.

Great location with excellent customer service. The pool was on the small side, but the hot tubs were nice and the views were spectacular from the rooftop pool area. It was easy to get pool/hot tub time even with the COVID restrictions. Good times.

We were pretty regular Arabella hotel visitors until last time.Don't even understand what we paid for! We stayed for 4 nights,room was not cleaned even one time,if you need clean towel,you have to call front desk every single time,our trash was sitting outside our room,the entire stay there.If you want to use pool or hut tub,you have to make reservation,and after 90 min. you will be kicked out,and to enter the pool area,you have to call front desk and just patiently wait until somebody shows up to open the door for you.There were no even coffee iside your room and their restaurant was completely closed while we stayed there,Starbucks was also closed.They do not have room service to order food either.
