Our stay was fine the hotel itself was nice but our rooms floor had a lot stains so I dont know if they ever shampooed it once covid came about. I dont know the third party that we get these rooms from but they need to replace or fix doors that are damaged by other guest. Not a good look for a nice hotel. But other than that it was cool

NEVER AGAIN
Checkin was a breeze. But the room spelled like a cigarette factory. They had no other rooms and tried to downgrade me. They are not apart of Signature. So once they're off the property 3rd party tou can't receive any service. The kitchen area was nice. But missing utensils and only had one skillet. Also where you can get dress and do makeup had no lighting at all. The Manager was the RUDEST EVER. NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN

The diningroom chairs were on the verge of breaking and we had to call 3 times before they were replaced. Drapes i livingroom were torn. I liked the suite very much but better care is needed.

Loved the room, hated the service
Housekeeping was not available during my stay. I called and emailed to request clean towels and didn't even receive a response. Im back home and no one returned my phone call or responded to my email. You should also know thst although valet is complimentary, it gets full quickly and the self parking is EVERY minute of a 10min walk. (Something to think about) Although this is privately owned, I at least thought I would be able to request clean towels at least.

Horrible service
check in was not the best, signs stated one thing and employees would come and say something else. When checking in the employee did not greet me or anything just stated I.D and Credit card ( rudely). Not once was i asked if I needed anything if I needed any accommodations nothing! then I get to my room and my room did not have a clean and sanitized seal on the door like the rest of the rooms had. I was already warned about using a 3rd party for this hotel about the different treatment but I never would have imagined it was a huge difference. which doesn't make sense because at the end of the day the hotel is still making profit and the guest pays money like the rest. I also called for an ice bucket (which I never received) I had to be using a cup for ice. Mini bar was locked after it was included in my room. This is a beautiful resort no doubt yet the treatment makes it horrible and honestly I will probably never stay here again.

Disappointed with the experience
Sheets were dirty with makeup near my face and i don't wear make up. Found a bed bug crawling on my arm the last night I was there. No hand soap and dish soap provided.

All in all okay
Right off the bat, did not like that you are REQUIRED to valet park your car. In a time with covid I would’ve much rather parked my own car and avoided those germs. Not to mention the valet service was very slow and disorganized. If your only means of guest parking is valet then you should have enough employees to make it work smoothly. There was no real direction, arriving took 20 minutes to finally get the car parked, and leaving took 15. I will say, we called about early check-in, and that was great. Had to call morning of and let them know the plane landed at 10:30, our room was ready for us by 11am (rather than normal check-in at 3pm). The front desk wasn’t much help with that though, he checked us in and told us he didn’t know if the room was ready. We could either go up and check if the room was ready ourselves, or call the person I was working with about early check-in (Yolanda. She was fantastic and told us the room was ready). The front desk did however make us put down a $100 security deposit that was never mentioned when booking. Our stay was nice, room was clean, some of the hardware (faucets, shower door, tub spout, etc.) were loose or not straight but that’s something most people wouldn’t notice. Shower temp handle was very touchy but the water in the shower and tub could both get very hot, which was great. This hotel didn’t have any room service, whether that’s because of covid or not I’m not sure. We had to order through food delivery apps the entire stay.
