Disappointing springhill stay
Staff were great, especially breakfast guy, but place is rundown. We consistenly stay in Spring hill and this was the most disappointing. Comforter was dirty with food on it. No blankets available downstairs nor fitted sheets for couch. Room layout with wall funky and awkward. beds old and not comfy at all. AC LOUD.

Wonderful people
Fantastic experience with the very nice and friendly contact with everyone I related to at this hotel (very gently and friendly service).Erick,the chef of the breakfast, was extremely friendly and shared his enthusiasm and cooking experience with me. Breakfast was delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL.Shuttle service driver was very nice and helpful at the time going toward the rental car company at the airport. Clean rooms and very well distributed.

Great place.
Just needed a place because my flight was cancelled. Place is very nice. Clean. Nice breakfast for Covid. Everyone from checkin to housekeeping, to breakfast to check out was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

Not a one star but close
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Lobby and elevators were very clean and well maintained. Although our reservation clearly said 5 people only three towels were provided in the room. The suite was a nice size and accommodated our party well. The seating area had plenty of places to charge your electronics and included a pull out trundle bed. The bathroom was small and our ceiling had obvious repairs where holes had been poorly retapped and missed in the Sheetrock. The queen size beds were hard as rocks and made for difficult sleeping. We tossed and turned all night. I woke up sore and stiff. The location was near the airport but was not conveniently accessible as the frontage road it is located off caused you to make a U-turn with a blind hill and then immediately another extremely tight u-turn. The “courtyard view” turned out to be the parking lot. All in all it kept my family cool safe and dry but it will be a long time before I give this chain another try. It wasn’t gross or unsafe but I think I’ll stick to Carlson Hotels in the future.

Great place to stay.
We enjoyed our stay. The customer service was outstanding. My wife forgot tape at the store to wrap my daughters birthday gifts and they loaned her their tape. I feel like that was above and beyond. Breakfast was also amazing.
