As far as services, very few near by. Options at the base of this resort are very limited. Room look beautiful but quality of finish is very poor. Could hear everyone in every room around you.

Great room and location. We had a double room with a hot tub. The room wasn’t very clean as it looked like the washed the floors with a dirty mop and didn’t vacuum first. The coffee pot had mold in it and the door to the adjoining suite wouldn’t lock, so the people in the suite next to us had access to our room.

We stayed at the Palliser Lodge over Chrstmas 2020. The room was very nice and what we expected. When we walked into the room there was an overwhelming odor and I'm guessing it was from a moldy mop bucket.During covid I would think there would be extra precautions taken for extra cleanliness. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there and was a beautiful setting for Christmas

They didn’t clean out rooms and I had to go out my way to get clean towels and coffee every morning . Every morning at 7 am you can hear people just stomping there feet and wakes you up

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was a good size and had a nice little kitchenette with a microwave, bar sink and mini fridge as well as a coffee maker and a kettle. A huge plus was the heated bathroom floor. the hotel grounds are beautiful although it was not open for skiing while we were there so we did not hit the slopes. We did however visit the nearby Nordic center, the staff at both were extremely friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The cross country skiing was fantastic and affordable. the staff at the hotel was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had and we would definitely recommend staying here. The mountain views from my room were gorgeous!!

Nice property , however a few minor issues. 1. None of the plugs worked in the suite 2. No A/C was very hot night 3. No shower Curtain Bed was very comfortable. Would just suggest maintenance/housekeeping make sure some things are working.

Pros: Full kitchen, washer dryer, and hot tub. Clean as well. Great for family. We really did enjoy our stay. It has a enough room/space for family. The hot tub is a big plus. Cons: Very slow internet speed. It’s so unbearable. It’s almost non existent. It looks like they never upgrade for 15 years. This is the main reason of my low rating. Weekly cleaning seems to be overstretch. We stayed only three nights and the two garbage bags were full. It would have been reasonable if there is a garbage pick ups even every two days. Imagine if you stay there for a week. Not recommended! Charges not clear. In my booking it shows only $825 including taxes. But when I checked my credit card they charged me $859. I don’t know what’s that for. We left the room clean, even loaded the dishwasher and run it. It’s almost we left the kitchen untouched. Cleanliness. It’s generally clean when we arrived. Just a couple of hiccups: The dishes were not clean because the cleaner didn’t run the dishwasher. The dryer still has stuff like the blanket. The cleaner didn’t unload.

Wish there was an email sent prior to check in. Had a run around to check in since we finally arrived at 4:30 pm. Signage & location was not very clear. Once we found the check out location, no one at site but information was left at counter w/my name . The parking pass to the garage was not working at the time. So un-loading our belongings from the outdoor lot to get to our room was not smooth. Just before turning in for bed, notice small blood stain on sheets. Tired, did not bother to make a big deal as I would of asked for another room, called down to front desk & Room service dropped off new sheets. Also very disappointed when we were looking for another outlet behind the nite table, the floor was very dirty. Since it was a quick 1 nite layover to our next destination, we got up early 5am & checked out by 6:30am,

The front desk staff was great! The only reason I did not give this a "pleasing" smiley is because the room was incredibly small and we had to share a balcony. I may have misread but I was under the impression that we would bave a more private space. The bed was really comfortable. The room was decently clean. Take note that you either have to park underground or down the hill from the property. The spaces underground would not accommodate a large truck. The grounds are beautiful and theres lots to do in the summer despite it being a ski hill property!
