Stay here was very pleasant, cleanliness very good especially at present time. All communal areas cleaned and sanitised regularly. Pool areas especially. Apartments well furnished and roomy, large balcony . They made us feel very safe. The only downside was the WiFi whuch we had to pay fir.would definitely recommend these apartments and would stay here again.

Good size accommodation, good room facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The buildings, lifts and outside pool area are spotless and well maintained. There is a large supermarket (Mercadonna) within easy reach just round the corner, the beach and promenade (and bus stops to Malaga, Torremolinos and Fuengirola, the Pueblo about 500 metres away). This was our first stay at the Principe and the accommodation was just as described (except that there are no longer DVD players in rooms - unfortunately! Unusually, it rained for a week whilst we were there and this facility would have been useful as the tv system is mainly Spanish channels and UK news channels). Rooms are cleaned,towels and bed linen changed every 4 days. (Guests keep kitchen area clean - cleaning kit incl dishwasher tabs etc provided in room - and also take out rubbish - bins 50 metres from exit. 30 Euro charge if you leave without doing so!). Basic (free) internet is slow but adequate for surfing and Email usage (Premium internet available for extra charge) A print out of your booking voucher is required by reception on arrival. Deposit/credit card copy taken on arrival (but not debited unless additional charges are payable on departure). Standard room allocated with large balcony (unfortunately shaded with side view of sea and mountains) Sunny balcony with view available for extra charge. All in all a good choice for self catering in Benalmadena as long as you are aware of the above beforehand.

Great location for beach and town. Apartment very reasonably priced and has everything you need. We didn't try pool as was late November and closed - but pool area looked lovely. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Clean apartments with everything you need. Only thing that the apartment could do with is a better quality mattress. Been 5 times all in and this was as enjoyable as the first time.

Very run down furniture and fittings. Have visited the hotel often but this time were not asked to pay pay the extra 50 euros and we were possibly put in a flat in great need of modernisation for that reason. Also Food and drinks at the bar were different prices when served by different staff!! Many signs displaying food prices but were only happy hour
