Arrived earlier and I did not have any problems checking IN at 1:00 pm in the afternoon and I had the room in just a few minutes. The room very clean and very comfortable and specially quiet . Definitely I will stay many more times in the future.

The service was great, Alyssa helped with a minor issue we had and addressed it quickly. The room was clean and the hotel was following COVID-19 guidelines. The area has close restaurants and grocery which made the stay even better

Air conditioner was extremely loud. Could not get any rest. Bistro (starbucks) was only open Thursday morning, not Friday or Saturday morning. No breakfast on site. Also there was a weird smell throughout the hotel, like fried food/hot oil smell. Will not stay at this location again.

I stayed there because it was convenient to the Baptist South Hospital and could even walk there. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to fix a cup of tea in the morning.

The bathroom tub wasn’t clean, the power went out. I called and requested clean towels and no one ever brought them. To make it worst, the double charge me for a night that was already paid for. I wouldn’t be staying here again!
