Beware of this hotel if you value your 🚗
Please Read the Google Reviews before booking at this location. The room we got was itself fine, clean and in ok shape. But the hotel itself was clearly falling apart. Visible water damage, leaks, pool closed for what seems like forever, gym also closed. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting and sad, it would be better to give out nothing. They were out of all juices, all milk, no water was even offered. The hotel grounds are often targeted by extreme thefts and car break-ins.

Ok but could be better
One of the elevators wasn’t working. There was barely any conditioner or lotion in the bathroom. However, it was clean and quiet and close to our locations we were visiting. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed
The room thermostat did not work. You could not adjust the temperature in the room. The bathroom shower had a dead moth in it and long black hair...I have blonde...so not mine. Plus the bathroom door would not shut. And the plug in and phone charger next to the bed did not work. I did make a complaint. They fixed the thermostat but not the other two.

This was a horrible experience. My car was broken into at the hotel and my passenger window was completely smashed. This happened to about 15 or so cars in the lot. Apparently this happens on a regular basis to people staying in this area and the hotel had very little communication with affected guests and was not very helpful at all.

Be aware ALOT of car break ins
Have stayed here multiple times and loved it everytime in the past however this stay was a little disappointing. The place was not as clean as times past there was a gentleman asking for a refund while I was checking in as he had already had several room changes and was still not in a satisfactory room. However they are doing renovations so that may be why. The bigger issue was that in times past there has been several large solar powered cameras that detected movement and announced you were being recorded those were no longer in the front parking lot they have been moved to the back parking lot and that lot has been blocked off this has lead to a massive influx in car break in so this am as I was leaving the police were there taking reports and there was no less than 15 cars broken into during the nite .. so that is a major concern and will absolutely make me think twice about staying again.

Ok, nice to have a quieter room
Had a 2 day conference. The checkin lady, Jennifer, was great. The floor below me during the night was noiser than I would have liked. That was both nights. The room was not serviced (trash still left, bath towels not collected) while I was gone.

Overnight stay
The front desk gal Crystal was very helpful! We had a problem with our TV working and she sent the house man up to fix it and he was finished quickly! Our room was very clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the air vent in the breakfast area was dirty and that they ran out of syrup for the waffles.

Nice, but wary
Staff is super friendly and kind. We were disappointed that notification of the pool being closed was not provided, as we booked specifically for the pool. We also had a constant sense of unease as every night we were there, car windows were broken in the parking lot, despite a police sky camera and lights in the parking lot. We dreaded going out to our rental car every day to see if it made it through the night. Today, we found our window was cracked, but not broken. And it seems that PD doesn't really have any concerns about it. It's a nice place in a nice location, but really watch your vehicle and don't leave anything in it if you stay.
