The bed was very comfortable. We like staying here when we come to town. Highly recommend. The issue I had was with Hotels.com. Upon checking in the corporate card was declined. I had to call before we could check in. I was on hold for 45 minutes before the issue was resolved. Never had this issue before. When you have been driving all day and just want to go to bed it sucks to have to sit on hold for that long. Thankfully it was taken care of within 10 or 15 minutes of getting to talk to a person.
